We begin with a 15 min phone conversation to ensure this is the right avenue for your evolving. Once that is established and a trusting, comfortable dynamic is formed, we will move deeper into understanding where you are and where you would like to be. We can discuss moving forward to our 1st session.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, Please give at least 24 hours of notice for all cancellations or changes of scheduled appointments. Missing a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation or canceling with less than 24 hours of notice may result in the discontinuation of any future appointments.
